The Challenge
TruPulse Inc. had developed groundbreaking research on workplace trust but lacked the technology to bring it to market. Our Solution
We developed TruPulse as a modern SaaS platform using React and TypeScript on the frontend with a Python Django backend for robust data processing. The assessment engine was built in collaboration with organizational psychologists to ensure scientific validity while optimizing for user engagement. We implemented sophisticated anonymization algorithms that protect individual responses while still providing meaningful team-level insights. The analytics dashboard uses D3.js visualizations to present trust trends over time.
